看完《Eat Pray Love》仿佛带着我们游了三个国家：意大利，印度，巴里。Before she decided to go to all these places, she is keeps complaining to her friend and she claims that she doesn’t know herself anymore, she not even have appetite and as serious as she can’t find her pulse. She starts her journey of finding herself back, she is now a woman searching for a word for herself.

Ruin is the process of transformation. Transform is good. We afraid of changing, everything is not last long, except family. If things not change, we also scared but don’t know what that is. People ask her to believe in LOVE. We should appreciate our lives.

At Bali, she met a guy that also divorce like her. But, at the end, she afraid of changing. She is hurting him by telling him that I no need to love you to prove that I love myself.

Balancing is power. She spent a year to travel. Finally she found balance in her life. 她为了得到启蒙，为了寻找人生的平衡点而抛下一切包括和老公离婚，从新出发，也从心出发。她在意大利体验生活、在印度原谅自己、在巴里认识自己。
